Grilling Pork

Marinated Ribs

Ingredients

 

1 slab of Ribs

Stubbs Hickory or Mesquite Marinade

1 cup of water for every 2 cups of marinade

Any Stubbs Rubs of choice

1/2 cup Lemon Juice

3/4 cup Stubbs Bast'in Sauce

 

Mix water and marinade and marinate ribs for minimum of 4 hours (the longer the better)

Remove ribs while still moist with marinate cover lightly with rub of choice.

Mix 2 cups of lefted-over marinade with lemon juice and a 1/2 cup of bast'in leaving the remaining for last application

Preheat grill and cook at low or indirect heat. Do Not let the meat dry out and baste frequently with your bast'in sauce

Depending on your heat source this should take 8 to 10 hours at low indirect heat

10 minutes prior to removing from grill add a couple coats of Stubbs Bast'In Sauce

Combine the cooked ribs with a low fat cole slaw and corn on the cob and you'll a lower in fat rib dinner.

BBQ Ribs

Grill Pork Chops

Ingredients

 

4 to 6 each 1 1/4in Pork Chops or Pork Loin

Stubbs Italian Balsamic Marinade

1 cup of water for every 2 cups of marinade

1 tsp. Tomahawk Fire Rub

Granulated Garlic

Minced Garlic

Salt

Basil

Romano or Parmesan Cheese

1 can diced tomatoe

 

Mix water and marinade and marinate ribs for minimum of 4 hours (the longer the better)

Remove pork while still moist with marinate cover lightly with garlic, salt and basil.

Sauté diced tomatoes with basil, salt, minced garlic and rub at low heat until excessive water has evaporated

Preheat grill.  Seer both side of meat for approximately 1 to 2 minutes depending on temperature (Do Not Close Lid). Baste with mainade and cook at low heat. Do Not let the meat dry out and baste frequently with marinade

Depending on your heat source this should take 6 to 10 minutes hours at low indirect heat, Use meat thermometer for exact time.

Prior to serving cover with tomatoes and top with cheese.
